In our human relationships, we have all had experiences that have felt good or bad, challenging or easy, places where we felt stuck or flow, tense or relaxed. What if you understood these patterns well enough to shift them? This workshop is for people who want to better understand the dynamics that show up in themselves in relationship to other people.
Often, what feels difficult isn’t just a thought or emotion—it can show up in our bodies as tension, tightness, pressure, or a sense of being overwhelmed. These experiences shape how we relate to others, influencing the patterns we create in our relationships, both personal and professional.
In this workshop, we’ll explore how to work with that energy instead of shutting it down or letting it spill over. Using the five Reichian character patterns as a guide, we’ll get curious about how each of us holds and manages intensity—where we brace, where we disconnect, and where energy gets stuck or leaks out.
Through simple, experiential practices, you’ll learn to stay present with these sensations and experiences without becoming flooded or checked out. The goal is to build the capacity to feel, understand, and express what’s happening within us—leading to a sense of empowerment as we develop more agency to shift how we relate to ourselves and others.
