Bring water, a journal, pen, and an open heart. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
There are a limited amount of yoga mats, blankets, or bolsters/cushions on site, so please feel free to bring your own if you’d like extra comfort while sitting on the floor (chairs will also be available).
This is an intimate first gathering of this offering, and there’s no fee to attend.
However, if you feel moved to offer a small contribution as a gesture of appreciation, it would be warmly received.
