Meet Ellen Dragonette

Ellen Dragonette is an educator, yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and lifelong student with more than 30 years of personal yoga practice and over 5,600 hours of teaching experience. With a BS in Education and MS in Educational Psychology, her teaching is shaped by her background in education, Iyengar-based training, and ongoing exploration of yoga’s many traditions.

While alignment is an important foundation in Ellen’s teaching, her classes are eclectic and incorporate pranayama, asana, meditation, relaxation, and elements from a variety of yoga traditions. She invites students to listen—to their bodies, their breath, their hearts, and their minds—and to approach their practice with curiosity rather than expectation.

For Ellen, yoga is an invitation to discover who we are and who we might become. Her classes embrace challenge and stillness, depth and joy, contemplation and connection—with plenty of room for laughter along the way. She feels deeply honored to share that journey with her students.

In addition to her E-RYT 500 designation, Ellen has specialized training in Children's Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Yoga for Cancer Recovery. She is also a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, and serves as Co-Owner of Radiant Being Yoga School and Director of its 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training.

Meet Bonnie Lee

With more than 30 years of experience practicing yoga, Bonnie brings a deep sense ofcompassion, connection, and understanding to her teaching. After 36 years as a specialeducation and elementary school teacher, she pursued a long-held dream of becoming ayoga teacher. As an RYT 500, she has been teaching since 2018.

Bonnie initially turned to yoga as a way to relieve stress, but over time, she discovered amuch deeper practice—one that has become a steady companion through life’s joys, transitions, and challenges, including periods of profound grief. Yoga has taught her to slowdown, listen inwardly, make space for what is, and trust that even in difficult moments, aplace of stillness can be found within.

Bonnie believes yoga is not about striving to achieve a perfect pose, but about cominghome to yourself—meeting your body, your breath, and your life exactly as they are in eachmoment.

Her classes offer choices rather than expectations, encouraging students to listen to theirbodies and honor what they need. Her teaching is grounded in compassion, connection, and a good dose of lightness and humor, creating a welcoming environment to all.

Whether new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, Bonnie hopes each person leaves classfeeling more connected, grounded, and peaceful—and carries that sense of well-being intothe world.

A woman in her mid-fifties, she has lived through both the exhilarating highs and the deeply challenging lows of life. Meet Demitria Koninis

Demitria’s journey with the cello began in fourth grade when she was first captivated by its rich, resonant sound. This early passion set her on a lifelong path of music and healing, leading her to explore both traditional and therapeutic applications of the instrument.

In 2008, she began studying the Suzuki Method, a transformative approach to learning and teaching the cello that continues to shape her work today.

With a B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation from Syracuse University, Demitria spent 15 years as a recreation therapist, often incorporating cello music into her work with patients —unintentionally laying the foundation for what would become her sound healing practice.

After losing her mother to cancer in 2005, she fully committed to her musical calling, studying under renowned cellists Eugene Friesen, Pamela Devenport, Sally Gross, and Ann Alton, and co-founding Spa City Duo, a thriving wedding music business that ran for 13 years.

A pivotal experience in Costa Rica in 2019 deepened her understanding of the cello’s profound healing power. This transformative moment solidified her commitment to sound therapy, recognizing the instrument’s unique ability to restore balance on a cellular level.

Today, Demitria integrates her expertise in music and energy healing, offering cello lessons, therapeutic cello sound healing, and private healing sessions through her Spa City Cello Studio.

Meet JuliAnn Gessler

JuliAnn is a certified Calling In “The One” and Conscious Uncoupling Coach, trained in the transformative processes developed by bestselling author Katherine Woodward Thomas.

After experiencing her own conscious uncoupling, she felt called to change the way society views divorce — shifting the narrative from shame and fear to one of healing, growth, and expanded capacity for love. She has since dedicated herself to studying relationships and helping others break through barriers to create the love they desire.

In addition to coaching, JuliAnn is a lifelong artist. With a BFA in painting from Syracuse University and over 30 years of experience as a painter and art teacher, she finds deep joy in combining her two passions — art and love. Her heart paintings and magnets are vibrant expressions of love, each accompanied by an inspirational list of ways to cultivate a more love-filled life. Her meditation paintings are created through a layered, intuitive process intended to evoke a sense of peace and reflection for the viewer.

Through her coaching and artwork, JuliAnn helps others embrace love in all its forms — whether by calling it in, healing from its loss, or simply celebrating its presence in everyday life.

Meet Tammy Seagriff

Tammy is a wild mix of cosmic mischief, gentle embodied alchemy, and unapologetic human-ness. She doesn’t do rigid structures or polished perfection — she does presence. She meets what wants to emerge, showing up real and inviting you to do the same.

With one foot in the Great Unknown and the other planted in the messiness of being human, she holds space for intimate connection to Self and Other, heart-opening liberation, raw expression, and the magic that unfolds when we stop curating ourselves and instead allow ourselves to just be.

She invites you to meet yourself — not just the parts you’ve polished for the world, but the shadowy, electric, unclaimed pieces waiting to be reclaimed. And to have fun in the process!

Whether through movement, sounding, intuitive artistic expression, or deep witnessing, she invites you to step beyond the small, controlled version of yourself and into the vast, wild intelligence of your inner knowing — and feel where that wants to express in and through your soft animal body.

This isn’t about fixing, achieving, or ascending. It’s about remembering that everything — the sacred, the awkward, the ridiculous, and the sublime — belongs. And so do you.

Tammy is not here to teach you how to be more productive or spiritually pure — she’s here to crack open the cage, throw glitter on the floor, and remind you that your most feral, unfiltered self is the one closest to truth.

Come play. Come unravel. Come rediscover the wholeness you already are.
